ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿ - Agreement Overview

Welcome to Voder Transport Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our comprehensive logistics and transport services, including packers & movers, pickup & drop, vehicle rental, tours & travels, and real-time tracking services.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Provider: Voder Transport Services, #971/2, 1st Main, 1st CROSS, Ambedkar Circle, KTJ Nagara, Davanagere - 577002, Karnataka, India

1. ಸೇವಾ ವಿವರಣೆ - Service Description

Packers & Movers (ಪ್ಯಾಕರ್ಸ್ ಮೂವರ್ಸ್):
  • Complete household and office relocation services
  • Floor-wise pricing calculation (Ground to 5th floor)
  • Home size-based charges (2BHK/3BHK)
  • Distance and manpower-based pricing
  • Professional packing, loading, transport, and unpacking
Pickup & Drop Service (ಪಿಕಪ್ & ಡ್ರಾಪ್):
  • Material volume and weight-based service
  • Below 20kg: Motorcycle delivery
  • Above 20kg: Vehicle allocation based on volume
  • Davanagere district same-day delivery guarantee
  • Out-of-city manual allocation within 2 minutes
Vehicle Rental (ವಾಹನ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ):
  • Fleet: 6ft, 7ft, 14ft, up to 20ft vehicles
  • Hourly and kilometer-based rental
  • B2B, B2C, and C2C services
  • Proper documentation for business transport
Tours & Travels (ಟೂರ್ಸ್ & ಟ್ರಾವೆಲ್ಸ್):
  • 2-minute booking confirmation system
  • Vehicle and distance-based cost calculation
  • Corporate bulk orders and team outings
  • Place-to-place connectivity across Karnataka

2. ಬುಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ - Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Process:
  • All bookings require advance confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or website
  • Tours & travels: 2-minute booking confirmation
  • Out-of-city services: Manual allocation within 2 minutes
  • Customer must provide accurate pickup and delivery information
Payment Terms:
  • Payment processing via Razorpay platform
  • Accepted methods: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card
  • All prices are GST excluded (GST will be added as applicable)
  • Platform charges based on distance and service type
  • Insurance coverage available for additional cost reduction
  • B2B services: Net 30 payment terms available

3. ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸಲೇಷನ್ ನೀತಿ - Cancellation Policy

ಸಮಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು - Time-Based Charges:
  • 6+ Hours Before Service: Minimum cancellation charges (10% of booking value)
  • 3-6 Hours Before: 25% of booking value
  • 1-3 Hours Before: 50% of booking value
  • Less than 1 Hour: 75% of booking value
  • No Show/Service Started: 100% of booking value
Service-Specific Cancellation:
  • Packers & Movers: 24-hour advance notice recommended
  • Vehicle Rental: 12-hour advance notice for hourly bookings
  • Tours & Travels: 6-hour advance notice
  • Pickup & Drop: 2-hour advance notice for same-day service

4. ರಿಫಂಡ್ ನೀತಿ - Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within banking hours
  • Timeline: Minimum 7 working days for completion
  • Method: Refund to original payment method only
  • Partial Services: Refund adjusted for completed portions
  • Service Failure: Full refund if service cannot be provided due to our inability
  • Weather/Force Majeure: Rescheduling preferred over refund

5. ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು - Additional Charges

Waiting Time Charges:
  • Grace Period: 1 hour free waiting time
  • After 1 Hour: ₹100 per hour for small vehicles, ₹200 per hour for large vehicles
  • Overnight Charges: ₹500 per night if delivery extends beyond working hours
Floor-wise Charges:
  • Ground Floor: No additional charges
  • 1st-3rd Floor: ₹200-500 per floor (based on service type)
  • 4th-5th Floor: ₹500-800 per floor
  • No Elevator: Additional 50% surcharge
Helper/Manpower Charges:
  • Driver as Helper: ₹200 per hour additional
  • Additional Manpower: ₹300-500 per person per day
  • Specialized Handling: ₹500-1000 for heavy/fragile items

6. ಇನ್ಶೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ - Insurance & Liability

Insurance Coverage:
  • Optional Coverage: Insurance available for all orders
  • Coverage Amount: Up to declared value of goods
  • Premium: 0.5% to 2% of declared value (based on goods type)
  • Claims Process: Submit within 24 hours of delivery
  • Cost Benefit: Insurance reduces main transport cost
Liability Limitations:
  • Without Insurance: Liability limited to ₹10,000 per incident
  • Force Majeure: No liability for natural disasters, riots, strikes
  • Customer Error: Incorrect addresses, contact details
  • Prohibited Items: No liability for undeclared dangerous goods

7. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು - Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Provide correct pickup/delivery addresses and contact details
  • Item Declaration: Declare valuable, fragile, or hazardous items
  • Access Provision: Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Documentation: Provide necessary permits for B2B transport
  • Payment: Make timely payments as per agreed terms
  • Cooperation: Cooperate with our staff for smooth service delivery

8. ನಿಷೇಧಿತ ಸಾಮಾನುಗಳು - Prohibited Items

ನಿಷೇಧಿತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು - Items We Cannot Transport:
  • Explosive materials
  • Flammable liquids/gases
  • Toxic substances
  • Illegal drugs/narcotics
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Live animals
  • Perishable food items
  • Currency/negotiable instruments
  • Antiques without proper documentation
  • Items violating Indian laws

9. ವಿವಾದ ಪರಿಹಾರ - Dispute Resolution

  • Primary Resolution: Direct discussion with customer service team
  • Escalation: Management review within 48 hours
  • Mediation: Third-party mediation if required
  • Jurisdiction: Davanagere courts have exclusive jurisdiction
  • Applicable Law: Governed by Indian laws and Karnataka state regulations

  • Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms
  • Notification: Changes posted on website with effective date
  • Acceptance: Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
  • Review: Terms reviewed annually for updates
